Blake J. Fritz, CPA

Blake attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison, earning BBA degrees in Accounting and Finance. After graduating, Blake spent two years as a tax auditor for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. In May 1977, he passed the CPA examination and was awarded his CPA certification in 1979. Blake has worked in public accounting for over 20 years and became a partner with Meicher & Associates, LLP in 1992.

Blake is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has taught numerous accounting, tax and financial planning courses for the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA), Madison Area Technical College (MATC), and the Small Business Development Center of the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Areas of Specialized Knowledge: Individual income taxation, estate planning and taxation, trust taxation, and small business taxation.

Favorite Outside Activities: Member of Madison South Rotary, Treasurer of Ridgewood Pool, enjoys all sporting events, especially football.
